Managing Compliance
Health & Safety during the COVID-19 return to work phase.

A worldwide designer, manufacturer, and systems integrator of precision motion and fluid controls and control systems required increased employee and visitor safety awareness as global operations attempted to remain operational during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Gerry implemented a SaaS Health & Safety Visitor Management platform to satisfy challenging and dynamic requirements.

Gerry's Role
  • Implemented a visitor management SaaS solution to all operating groups and locations, covering the United States, London, Germany, the Phillippines, and India.

  • Capture local health & and safety requirements based on the respective COVID-19 landscape and translate them into policies and procedures for employees & and visitors.

  • Create and deliver end-user training material (quick guides, how-to-videos, training webinars) for each geographic region and/or site.

  • Perform application admin responsibilities to ensure visitor badging, COVID-19 disclaimers, health & safety policies, and trade compliance requirements were properly configured and executed within the SaaS solution.

The Results
  • SaaS solution was implemented at 90% of corporate locations within a 3-month period.

  • Health & Safety requirements remained compliant with local (Regional and State-level) health regulations.

  • Trade Compliance and Legal requirements aligned with Privacy Data Laws and Industry best practices (GDPR, PII, CCPA). 

  • The end user adoption period was shortened by 27% by creating a self-service learning portal and change management content.

Leveraging SaaS VM Solution

By implementing a software solution, Gerry was able to satisfy Zero-touch and Social Distancing requirements for visitors coming on-site.  Visitors were able to leverage mobile check-in and attest to COVID-19 screening questionnaires.
